For over 35 years, I have had the sacred honor of guiding women on their soul’s journey of awakening and healing. My work is a devotion, rooted in my own sacred path one of healing, empowerment, and the reclamation of our divine feminine energy. In my early 30s, I studied to become a naturopathic doctor, and it was during that time that I began to understand the deep emotional and spiritual layers that contribute to lasting, holistic healing, the sacred connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
